Let’s be real: consistently creating high-quality content is no walk in the park. For smaller teams juggling multiple tasks, managing a blog can feel like adding another brick to an already heavy load. 

According to Hubspot, marketers spend around 1 to 2 hours to write a 500-word blog post. But keep in mind that SEO-friendly blog posts are often around the 1000-1500 word mark and this number doesn’t include time spent sourcing images, uploading to a CMS and interlinking. So I’d say expect to spend around 5 to 8 hours to publish a blog post.  

Time is precious, and every minute spent writing is a minute away from other important tasks.

If you’re posting irregularly, your brand’s credibility and SEO performance could take a hit.
